Selling a home can be a stressful time.  To date, our team of home stagers have worked with over 2500 homeowners over the past 19 years to help them sell their homes faster, and for more.  And while no two properties or circumstances are exactly the same, there are common things you can do to increase your homes appeal to more potential buyers. This checklist covers all the common things that should be considered, when preparing your home for the market.

Whether or not you enlist the help of professional home stager or real estate agent, this checklist is intended to help you prepare your home for sale. A DIY guide as you will.  Each item is a recommendation, and while you don’t have to do it all, we want it to prompt you to take a critical look at your home.  Just like a potential buyer will do.  The goal being to remove as many barriers for buyers, as possible.  This will give you the best chance of a better opening offer and ultimately a faster sale.  It is true that you only get one chance to make a great first impression.
